Hi, I am a 29 year old (in two months) woman, 5'10'' and 166lb. I am just tired of the spare tire look and would like to lose the 15 lbs that I have always had hanging around. I also work in health care doing shift work, and I'm a student - both bad on the lifestyle. I am tired of the "I'm tall, so its okay to be bigger" excuse and would just like to up my health before I arrive at my thirties. My goal weight is 150lb but ultimately (if it is still seems healthy for me since I have never been 150lb as an adult) I would try to reach 145lb.
