how do you make an image smaller?

I have a success story i wanna post, but when i try to post it, its HUGE! anyone know how to make the pics smaller?

    I am not sure with image shack but on photobucket you can resize one to whatever you want. :smile:
    Image shack probably has that option too.

    Correction...it was tinypic you were using but they should too.
