Counting Small calories.

What do you guys do with small calories? Count them or no? Like gum for example. Only about 5 calories or less per piece. And you dont actually swallow it? i think you would just burn off that gum by walking to the kitchen and walking back. What do you do with small things like that?

Me, I personally count every single calorie that passes my lips.0

May sound a bit anal but I do count every calorie that goes in my mouth0

Gum is the only thing I don't count but everything else gets counted, no matter how small. I started by not counting the smaller calories but found out in the end that they really do add up0
