Welcome & best of luck to you! I love this site. It's so easy to keep track of your food & exercise (I'm still working on my exercise part ). This is my third week. Have lost 6.5 lb so far and am hoping for 1 a week - anything else is a big bonus for me!!! :flowerforyou:0
