Progress

So I wasn't sure where to post this, but I figured a little motivation and support is always appreciated and much needed.
My journey so far has been a roller coaster, I'm sure everyone goes through the same thing, it's a lot of progress mixed in with some setbacks, and some more progress.
I feel like it's definitely a day by day thing, or at least that's how I've tried to take it.
For the past 15 days (i've logged on 15 days in a row, thank you MFP for letting me know this ), I have to say that I've made the most progress in a while. I feel good, energetic, I love love lovee working out and eating healthy foods that make my body feel satisfied but not over-full. Furthermore, I feel strong, not only muscle-wise, but also strong-spirited. I have accomplished so much and I CAN and WILL be able to reach my goals.
It's that simple. Maybe it'll take my longer than I expected, but I will get there. Already I've felt a boost of self-confidence in the way I carry and look at myself.
Just wanted to share that, I feel like if I write down how I feel week by week I'll be able to recall it better later on when I'm having a bad day or something.
I wish all of you out there the best and I know we can get to wherever we tell ourselves we want to go. It's all about visualizing ourselves there, and then working towards that goal.
