Hello!

This is my first time using this type of website for losing weight. I figure I need something to keep me motivated and I way to hold myself accountable for my food and exercise decisions. My goal is to get myself to a healthy weight and having exercise be a part of my daily life. I have been overweight since I was 12 years old and it's time that I took better care of myself. Started back in July 2010 and have lost 23 pounds so far. I need 50 to reach my ideal weight. :-)
