Over cals, fat, nd carbs!!!

Im over my calorie intake by 252, my carbs by 46, nd my fat by 14!! these last few days have been way crappy!!! how bad is this going to mess me up???

    its okay! we all stumble and have our bad days. Just keep truckin through and doing and trying your best and you'll rebound from your couple of woopsies! :)

    You'll be fine.

    If you've allowed MFP to do its job, it has already subtracted 500 calories from your daily recommended intake. (I hope you're only aiming for 1 lb a week of weight loss.) If you're going over by 100 calories here or 50 calories there, it'll merely slow down the weight loss by a little.

    You're not gonna wake up tomorrow 5 lbs heavier. And, if you do, it's water retention and will go away.
