Over my Calories!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!

I had an emergency outa town and just got home....I am 151 pounds over my daily calories and too tired to do any working out tonight.....need some support here, cause I just found out I am 20 pounds heavier then I thought.....so now I am closer to needin to lose 80-90 pounds. BOOOO WHOOOO

    150 calories is not a huge amount to be over! Don't beat yourself up! Drink lots and lots of water and start again tomorrow. There are going to be good days and bad days. Try to plan out all of your meals early in the day so you don't end up over at the end of the day.

    Can you just go for a short walk around the block? or how about walking up and down the stairs 15-20 times? anything is better than nothing if you can muster the energy.

    Oh hun...it's ok...

    I went way over today too....just start fresh tomorrow.
