Looking for a motivator!

Hi all!

Today is my first day on my fitness pal. I am needing the motivation to lose the last 10 pounds before my June wedding. I have been trying to lose this weight since December and seem to keep losing and then gaining the same 5 pounds :/ EXTREMELY frustrating!
I had my first dress fitting this weekend and found that my dress was a little tight, so I NEED to lose these pounds. I really really want to lose the weight, but it seems like every afternoon, when I get home from work, I eat just to have something in my mouth. I'm not even hungry and I still eat...what's wrong with me?!?

I need motivation/tips/suggestions please!! I'm excited to start my fitness pal and I want this to work!

    If your mouth is bored, chew gum. It helps keep my mouth occupied and my tastebuds satisfied.
