Zumba

I got to zumba classes for a hour. My heart rate monitors shows that i burn 808 calories a session.
I'm thinking about purchasing the dvds.

I've only done one in person class and loved it, I have the DVD's and they're fun, at least I can look like an idiot with no one watching!
