So, is EA Sports Active 2 just a form of interval training and/or HITT?

I'm curious as to this as well... either way it kicks my butt every time! Definitely a valuable weight loss/toning resource, and worth the money!0

I'm not sure I don't have that yet but if it mixes cardio with strength then I think it would be considered interval training. To me the best thing if is make your own log and lable it " EA Sports Active2". I got one I list as BowFlex BL Ultimate WO - Kinect ( Biggesest Loser Ultimate WorkOut ). BowFlex is the brand name of the HRM0

I put it under aerobics general then changed the calories burned to what the hrm monitor said on the game.0

Yeah, I record it as aerobics and record the calories from my F7 HRM and adjust for BMR calories.
But does anyone know if it fits into the formal definition of "Interval training" or HITT?0
