Introducing myself

Hi everyone, I am completely new to this site. I just started this weekend on the recommendation of a friend. I recently lost a few pounds and would like to lose a couple more. I tend to do better when being held accountable for my actions especially since I'm a huge sweets lover! I am fairly active and am into health and fitness, but recently injured myself and have been out of running for several months. It took a mental toll on me and so I'm trying to find other ways to stay healthy and still feel decent about myself! I hope this helps. Good luck to you all! :heart:
