30 Day Shred

So April 1st I am starting 30 day Shred and from what I hear it is gonna kick my butt...I am getting nervous. I WILL do it though, my body needs a shock to the system, and this is one way to do it!!! Any suggestions from anyone that has done it??

Feel free to friend me I can use all the support and motivation I can get!!

    My advice: Stick with it! The first few days are the toughest and your muscles will be SORE, but it is a GREAT workout! YOU CAN DO IT!
  • I had to pay really close attention to my form to avoid knee pain. I really like The Shred, but if you are not careful it might hurt.

    I plan on starting the Shred on the 4th(1st Monday in April), I'm kinda looking forward to it, a lot of people on here have done it and had great results, I plan on doing a challenge when I get ready to start it and have everyone list their starting weight and measurements and update at the end of each level. I'm really looking forward to starting the Shred!
