What are realistic Goals

in weight loss? What should I expect to see doing a low calorie diet? I don't get a lot of exercise, but I work at a restaurant/tanning salon/internet cafe and I'm on my feet mostly all day cleaning tanning beds, running food, taking orders stuff like that.

    It depends on how low calorie your talking. When you set up the account and input all of your details, it should've asked what you wanted to lose a week, and your activity level. If you want to lose 2lbs a week, and your honest with yourself, work as hard as you say you do, and track everything...chances are you'll lose those 2lbs. If you don't have a lot to lose, I would suggest going to 1lb a week. Same rules apply...if your honest, and work hard...you'll most likely lose that 1lb a week.
