Hi everyone! I need motivation too make it to my goal. I decided that after being so insecure for my entire life that I better do something about it! I am really hoping that seeing my daily intake will help me reach that goal.

My goal is to lose 1 pound a week by jogging 3 miles 3 times a week and eating as healthy as possible. Find workouts that you enjoy to make your weight loss goals enjoyable!0
