hey I'm new to this and for the calorie thing, the intake i ended up with was less than my goal of intake calories ....so should i start eating more or what?
im just confused on if it has to be exactly that amount or what.

welcome! and from what i know you want to eat as close to that as possible....because maybe your body wasn't getting enough calories before and went into starvation. when i irst started i felt like they gave me a ton of calories but i think that helped me to eat more healthy snacks here and there0
