So I'm an activities associate at a resort. I spend approximately 7 of my 10 hours a day walking around. How would I log that into my exercises?! Or do I just not?
Any suggestions would be fab!

I would just change your daily activity level to one if the more active levels, so you calories are automatically figured in :)

    Hi,

You could account for it in your Account Profile (the area where you change your age, height, weekly weight loss goals etc so that MFP can calculate your energy needs) by changing your Activity Level (which is your daily activity level just doing your normal activities - NOT including extra exercise) to a higher level.

Problem with this is that it will assume you are just as active on the weekends.

OR you could count it in as low-paced walking exercise in the Cardiovascular section.

Hope that helps and makes sense!

I'd say that should be part of your lifestyle (active) and not enter it as exercise. MFP will give you some extra calories due to an active lifestyle.

IreneLily.. that what I thought about doing.. but I wasn't sure. I may just put in 30 minutes or so. Somedays I literally run around all day and feel more exhausted when I'm done instead of after my workout. Thanks :)

I wouldn't log it as exercise, I think it would be best to include that in your lifestyle/activity setting since it's your job and part of your normal daily activity. Go to My Home>>Settings>>Update diet/fitness profile. If it were me, I would select "Active."

Unless you are out of breath and maintain a HIGH heartrate for the entire time you are walking - walking is NOT excercise.
If you put it down you are only cheating yourself.
