I have a bunch of cookbooks and favorite recipes that I like to make. How do I know how many calories per serving, if the recipe doesn't list any nutritional information?
Thanks for your help. I am new here...

Under the Food section there is an option for your recipes, you can add your ingredients from your recipes and it will give you the calories per serving, you enter the number of servings for your recipe. It is really quite handy!

www.sparkrecipes.com There is a recipe calculator on there. Just input all of your ingredients and how many servings it should be. I use it all the time to "lighten" up recipes. It's very user friendly.0

I love the recipe tool on MFP, I would be lost without it. I home cook all of the time and in a matter of weeks I had a good 20 recipes loaded in!0
