7000 Calorie burn challenge (one week only...so far)

Hey everyone,

I am off of work this week. Which means i get the house all to myself and i want to give myself a challenge. So i am going to aim for 7000 cals burned in workouts this week. That is 2 lbs of burned off fat. For all you numbers people, at a six 6 plan (one rest day sunday for me) that is 1166 cals that need to be burned everyday. I am going to do it in two seperate workouts but feel free to do it anyway you wish. If anyone else would like to join that would be cool. We can keep each other motivated. I started today but am just posting this now. So this challenge will go from Tuesday 3/29/11 thru tuesday 4/5/11.
