If you eat all of your earned exercise calories, doesn't that just make you break even? Should you eat ALL of them?

I just bumped a post that banks posted a few months ago. That should answer your question. It's under food and nutrition I believe.
If it doesn't answer your ques. there are tons more out there, just do a search.

Short answer is no.
The only way it would break even is if you set your goals to maintain.
remember, MFP builds in a deficit based on your daily caloric intake,
they don't even factor in exercise until you add it. So eating your exercise
calories is important to stick to your goals. If you don't eat them, then you
are going off plan and risk messing up the whole goals.0
