Hey everyone,
I'm not new to MFP, just new to the message boards. I'm in professional school right now so it's so hard to come home from 8 hours of school and need to do 4 more hours of studying and have the motivation to go to the gym or go running for a hour or so, and I even have a large dog that would throughly enjoy the run. Anyway I'm kind of stuck on the last 10 lbs or so, so any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Feel free to add me and help me with this last little bit of weight loss.

    Eat more fruits & veggies. Don't know how your meal plans are, but drink lots of water and have fruits for snacks. Awesome job on your studying (I could never study that much). Make weekends your weekends... Even if it's just half the day. Spend time taking the dog out for a long stroll.
