Hi I am new to this and have decided that 2011 is my year for getting fit and looking healthy. My daughter is 1 now and ive had enough of comfort eating and spending all my time and effort on her and forgetting about myself...well not no more I am in the process of making a routine for us both to stick to at the same time including exercise for me,even if its just taking her for a walk. any tips and help would be greatly appreciated Thanks xx
