hello im new on this site just need lots of encouragement im a yo yo dieter have been all my life but i need to get down to the weight i want and need to be instead of going up the scale to the other end .
i live on a farm so its a busy time for me at present with lambs etc so be happy to have lots of new friends if you would like to add me it would be good , cheers !!
