Great Summer SNACK!

Here is a delicious treat my mom used to make for me when I was younger. It is so simple, I can't believe I forgot about it!!

Just peel a banana, wrap it in tin foil, and FREEZE IT!

A smaller banana has like 70-80 calories and because it is frozen it takes longer to eat and is SO refreshing on hot summer days.

    my mom used to make those for me too! just put a banana in the freezer ha!... thanks for the reminder!

    I have been snacking on frozen blueberries ---unsweetened fresh raw then just wash and freeze.

    These are very satisfying and cooling....i also do strawberries, raspberries, bananas.....

    Get creative or the ice cream calls!!!
