I just wanted to stop in and say hello. I have been tracking for a few days using my cell phone, but today is the first time I have logged on to the computer to check things out. I started out at 220 lbs a year ago and I am down to 169. I am hoping to get down to around 120 but for right now I'm going for 150. Baby steps to get there. Anyways hope everyone is doing well in their diet!
