Want to fit on my wedding dress

Hello everyone, today is the first day i joined myfitnesspal, I hope i can lose 20 lbs by the end of the year. My plan to lose the excess weight is to run 60 mins per day, 5 days/week. Nice to meet you all.

    Oh with running you will get there! When getting fit for my wedding I had a pic of my wedding dress with me when I ran (treadmill usually). That kept me motivated.

    I know you can do it. In just the first 21 days of being on here (and being 100% committed to documenting everything I eat and exercise), I have lost 12 pounds. Having the calories, protein, carbs, etc displayed everyday really keeps me in line. Then if I want to eat something a little over my calorie intake, I know I have to exercise more. I love that the calories burned is on here. It may not be 100% accurate but it sure is working for me.
    AND....I love the support from other members!
