    Checking in for the week. ZERO lbs. lost, but I'm not surprised given my 5 lbs. lost last week and the holiday. I'm very happy that I managed to maintain this past week given a couple of really bad days :ohwell:

    I stayed the same this week at 176. I will take it....considering how terrible I ate this past holiday weekend.

  • Hello, my name is Heather. Pleases count me in. I can't seem to be able to do this on my own. My starting weight was 209.8. Today (after struggling for 3 weeks) my weight is 201. My goal is to be 140 by the of the year. :ohwell: Thank you for this!!!! I really hope it helps!

    I lost .8 lbs this week, so 6.2 lbs left. This was a bad weekend for my eating, so I kind of expected not to lose a lot.

  • I have lost 4 pounds total, with 6 to go by Memorial Day.

    Last week was a bust. Easter hurt...I gained 1.5. This week, Ive tried to up my walking, water intake and reduce my calories and lost .2 from my last successful weigh in.

    NOT giving up!

    I just wanted to check in. My total weight loss since I started this challenge is 2lbs even. I went from 118.6 (on April 7th) to 116.6 (April 30).

    Sorry I haven't checked in lately I had a diet breakdown for about a week or so. I kept gaining and feeling bad that everyone here was losing except me. Pity party for me. I am back on track and ready to lose now. I am back to sticking to my cals and exercising. I got to a weight I was happy at and kinda let go. Now I realize I'm not at my ultimate weight where I wanna be. I've found motivation again! lol, anyway I weighed in today at 153.6! It's only 2.4 down from original weight, but at one time I was 164 (didn't check in with that one! lol) So it feels great anyway. I hope to lose at least 3.6 by the end of the month.
