once upon a time i used to run, i used to subscribe to runners world magazine. in one of the issues there was a huge pull out advert for the nike bowerman range of shoes, and it had diagrams of various ways of lacing up running shoes and the benefits of each one. i used to love that poster as it came in handy with each new pair of shoes i'd be able to wear them once figure out if they were uncomfy anywhere refer to the poster relace them and away you go.
unfortunately i've lost it.
does anybody where where i can find a comprehensve guide similar to this that i can print out and keep or a poster sized one, the ones i've seen on the web are a bit vague or don't print well

I just googled 'tying shoelaces' and found a bunch of different sites that show various ways of tying them. I have very high arches and needed to find a lacing method that didn't come over the top of my foot. It really makes a difference.0

Google "loop lacing". That's how I lace mine. The term might help you to find other ways of lacing too.0
