Hey Everyone~
I am new to this weightloss site. So far, I love it! The problem will be remembering to report everyday. I would love maybe a daily reminder to track but I will do my best! Good luck to all :P

    hi Jamie! Daily log in help to keep you accountable to the bigger goal. You need to develop a support network which will also keep you wanting to log on.

  • Even if you can't log on every day...at least try and keep track in a journal. Keep one in the kitchen and before you take a bite, write it down. Then when you can, toss that info from the journal up on MFP.
