Frustrated!!! I lost 7 pounds in a month and felt so good about myself! And then out of no where I gained it all back in ONE WEEK. I usually weigh in on Sundays and in one week I gained 5 pounds back. How did I gain 5 pounds in one week? It doesn't even seem possible! I exercise at least 5 times a week and burn about 300-400 calories per workout and I eat very healthy and I eat about 1350 calories a day. I am starting to get very discouraged!

I know this feeling. Make sure you don't eat anything salty the night before you weigh-in. Just stay on track because next week could be a completely different story :happy:0

Water weight, due to high sodium from Thursday through Saturday, would be my guess.0 -
Definitely can gain that much in flex weight when you are close to or on your period... Plus all the water weight we get during that week as well.. Don't be discouraged, it should disappear as fast as it arrived!0

I was wondering the same thing...TOM? I gain 3-5lbs. It sucks! But hang in there. You got this!!!0
