Egg Salad ?

Has anyone used Mustard instead of Mayo in their egg salad? I think I want to give it a try but wanted opinions first.

    I use a little mustard and some milk to cut down on the amount of mayo needed to make it creamy. Also ... Miracle Whip (if you like it) is slightly less calories/fat, etc.

    Maybe I can experiment with different mustard flavors too. After all I do work for a mustard company. :)

    I always use mustard. I dont really like mayo.

    Plain nonfat Greek yogurt instead of mayo with a little mustard...YUM!
