Tastes fattening but is healthy

Broiling foods is a GREAT alternative to frying. I like those things, too. I have found that tossing most ANY veggie in a BIT (doesn't take much) olive oil with garlic salt (fresh garlic burns too easy under the broiler) or fave seasoning TASTES GREAT. Make sure you let them get toasty edges. Try it with broccoli or green beans (pretty mild veggies to start with). It also makes preparing meals super easy. Broil your chicken with plenty of seasoning, like cajun, and broil everything else along with it. Take it all out, veggies are usually first and plate it. Seriously, try broiling your food. You would be surprised how decadent it tastes.0

Oh and in response to the "grow up" comments: The fact that you are asking for and researching healthier options speaks to your maturity. Good luck in your adventure with food.0
