For those of you who do the Body Pump class.I was wondering how you track it in your exercise journal? I am not too sure what to put it as?

    There is an option under Cardiovascular, called Weight / Strength training. That might be your best bet...

    I log it under strength training

    I log it as strength training...I love body pump as you can tell by my profile pic.

    I talked to my instructor who helped me figure out approximately how many calories I burn and I created an option for myself under cardio.
