I feel new to this all over again. I was doing really well with this whole get healthy thing for a couple of months and lost around 20lbs, then I was put out of commision with an injury for a month and a half. Totally fell off the wagon and gained 5lbs in the process! Super frustrating. Now I'm getting back into the swing of things but for some reason this time the motivation is way harder for me to grasp. I started getting on the treadmill again, slowly and not near as long as I did before, as I'm not 100% just yet. I also started the kettleworx program last week. Diet is a whole different story, seems like my mind just isn't there. Anyways, I just need some people to help with my motivation and hold me accountable, I think it would really help. Feel free to add me. I'll do my best to cheer you along too!

You lost 20 lbs originally. Think how great that made you feel. Really the only one who can motivate you is yourself. All of the rah rah feels good getting started but it all comes down to what you really want that keeps you going. More importantly, look at those around you that need you to be there. Use the thought of being sick and dependent on others as your motivation. Control your health before it controls you. I personally LOVE my fitness pal for keeping tabs on my diet. It was shocking to see how much sodium I was consuming and I've tried to cut it back since I started using this website.
