I'm going out for lunch with some girls from work tomorrow to an Indian buffet style restaurant.

What are my healthiest choices?

  • anything tandori- chiken fish, usually not battered or in heavy cream sauce.
Curry dishes are also not made with heavy cream.
And of course they ususally have salad.

Well if you eat a bigger lunch plan for a smaller dinner.
Make sure to eat a salad with the lunch that will help
    Look for Curried Cauliflower
Stay away from Samosas they are about 250 each
Dont eat any of the potato dishes either high
Butter chickn isnt to bad for about a cup its 375 calories.
For a cup of Saffron rice is about 216 Calories
So if you go half a cup of each plus a salad it would be about 330 Calories good for lunch
