I'm making dinner tonight and I want tacos...like really bad...and I figured instead of heading to taco bell OR making an unhealthy taco at home I'd make some yummy healthy turkey tacos.
Does anyone have any good recipes?

I was just going to get some turkey, taco seasonings, wheat tortillas, cheese, lettuce, tomato..

I don't have a recipe, but that sounds really good! I'd just get the low sodium taco seasoning, or only put half a packet because the sodium can be high in those packages.

I make turkey tacos on nights I know my husband will be working late. They're very yummy! We use low-sodium taco seasoning and instead of just tomatoes we use salsa on them. If I'm really feeling healthy that day I try to avoid the cheese, but if not I stick to the 2% Mexican Cheese blends :O)

I use turkey and canned black beans. For the seasoning, I use "Taco Seasoning I" from Allrecipes, you can control the sodium that way. I basically just cook the turkey, add the seasoning and maybe a half cup or so of salsa, add the beans and simmer for a little while. I am actuall making burritos like this tonight
