hey guys (and gals)
i am new to this site but not new to working out. i have a love/hate relationship and am trying to cross that barrier over to the love/love relationship. i'm here for added motivation and advice and would love to chat with others in the same boat or even in a different boat. i'm almost at the end of couch to 5K program and just started the biggest loser weight lifting workouts. so 5 days a week, i'm pretty darn active and the remaining two i'm at work, walking and on my feet most of the day! anywho, hope to find inspiration and inspire through here!! have a fab day
