Feeling bloated and guilty :-(

Evening everyone,

Why is it the more I exercise the hungrier I am? I feel so stuffed and guilty right now, even though I am currently under my calorie count, I earned 808 exercise calories and I have 211 left remaining, I don’t know if I can keep up eating them, but I notice I am hungrier, but feel so bloated.

Its a vicious cycle, sorry not much info or advice here, just having a moan and grumble lol

    Do you spread it out over the day or try to eat it all back at once after your workout?

    maybe it's salt you are eating not the extra calories that is making you bloated. or if you are eating more raw veggies this is also going to cause you to be bloated and gassy. you earned the calories. you don't have to eat all of them all the time. if you are full stop eating.
