Welcome to Myfitnesspal!! I very much enjoy the site as well as the app! You'll find pretty much everything you eat in the database, I have. It really helps to be able to actually track exactly what you are eating. Just try to stay motivated. Start out with short workouts and work your way up and watch your calories.0
