Pre-Workout snacks

I am in need of some new snack ideas before I head to the gym. Any suggestions ? :smile:

    Bananas for light days and Larabars for day when I do long and hard cardio.
  • I personally have a PB&J. I use the sandwich thins, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and a teaspoon of sugar free jelly. It doesn't weigh me down, you get the protein, and a little but of sugar to get your energy kick started. Now mind you, small amounts of the PB&J 'cuase if you put a glob of either or each, you're borderlining a meal.
  • Banana. Oatmeal. Protein Bar. Protein Shake. Bagel thin. Crackers and cheese. Bowl of cereal. Some of the things I eat before a workout.
