Hey everyone! I've been using the myfitnesspal app for almost a month now and have already noticed such a huge difference in the way that I eat. This site makes it so easy to say "no" to eating foods that you just don't need to eat, and "yes" to all those foods that will really nourish your body! I got a gym membership for Christmas and have been doing regular workouts and am feeling great. I love being able to track everything that I do that's healthy (or unhealthy!) in a day to really see what I put into my body.

...on a side note, I don't know anyone on this site yet...and although I'm highly motivated, it's nice to know people who are working towards the same goals. If there's anyone out there who wants to share recipes or anything, let me know! :smile:
