Is there anyway to adjust the daily macronutrients?

Hey everyone, just signed up for this site to help me with my cutting/bulking bodybuilding cycles.
I'm wondering if there's anyway that I can boost my protein and fats and reduce the carbs on the daily macro-requirements?
It's not a big deal but it would make it a little more organized for me.

in the "goals" area, can choose "change goasls" then "customized" . This will allow you to go in and choose your own amounts for each source. You can also change which macronutrients show up in your summary.... by going into "profile" then "settings". then choose diary settigs. This will allow you to chose what is tracked in your diary (protein, fats, carbs, sodium etc).
