Hello All-
I just turned 30 in January and just had a hysterectomy March 14, 2011 (so no bending, lifting over 5 pounds for a while). I have previously lost 60 pounds and now am plateued at 165-170, I would like to be at 130-140 (plus I am 5'3", short). I have to wait to get cleared for exercise from my Dr (hopefully at post op appointment April 18th). This looks like a great place to start, I downloaded the app to my phone so I can have it on the go!!

I heard somewhere that something like 90% of weight loss is nutrition. So long as you're making a calorie deficit you should lose weight.0

Welcome. This is a really nice place to be. I have met a lot of really cool people and we support each others efforts no matter how big or small. We have a lot of fun but are there for each other when things are not going so good as well. Glad to have you on board~:bigsmile:0
