Hello all! I am new to this site. I am a 36 year old mother of 2 boys (6 & 3), wife of a firefighter and I am returning to school to get my nursing degree. Unfortuently, I do not have a lot of time to cook so fast food and bad comfort food has gotten the best of me. I am looking for friends for support. I was also wondering if anyone out there has some quick and easy recipes that are family friendly. Any web sites with low calorie recipes would be great as well. Anything to help me on my weight loss journey would be greatly appreciated!!!!

SO many meals, and it gives you calorie count.. and its stuff everyone can enjoy!

Welcome to MFP. As long as you're getting a calorie deficit, you will still lose weight, even if you're eating junk food.
With me traveling around a lot for work, I practically live on fast food, and I'm still losing weight.0 -
Check out the recipe section on here, there are tons of great ideas. Some fast meals and some not so much, pretty much anything you're looking for. Good luck with your goals!0
