Went over my calories today by 556... anyone know a good exercise to burn this off?

Haha, if 500 is way over what do you call 2,500 over? A disaster! That's how my day was. That 77 minutes of walking I did today didn't even scratch the surface of the damage I did! haha.0

Look on the bright side...you're NOT way over. Only by 56 calories...no big deal.
Remember, MFP generally factors in a 500 caloric deficit from your maintenance BMR to come up with your "daily goal" to achieve your desired weight loss. This is all assuming your inputted BMR is appropriate.
No need to beat yourself up over it. Just keep up the good work. There will probably be many more days where you're 500 or more UNDER your daily goal.0
