I have recently joined MFP.. And i must say I truly enjoy the encouragement and support from others.. FOR this site can and will help motivate others lose the inches and pounds and gain their sense of being back...

    I agree. I fell off the wagon today and yesterday, but I'm glad there is a supportive group here to help me get back on. I am really determined to get rid of my excess weight and get back into some of those old clothes.

    I agree- MFP is one of the most supportive groups of people..always willing to share knowledge and ideas, pick us up when we fall down and cheer us on when we do well...Love it here. It's the only thing I've ever done, that I've actually stuck with and seen results. LOVE IT.
