Hello! I'm new to My Fitness Pal. I'm finally focusing on me! I am a wife, mother of 2 and a elementary school teacher. I'd like to lose about 30 pounds. I was wondering if anyone could answer this question for me. I'm doing the Slim in Six workout and was wondering what I should enter it as in my exercise log. It's a combo of cardio/strength. Thanks for the input in advance!
