Lose 10 lbs by June

I need to lose 10 lbs by June! Any encouragement welcome!!:smile:

  • Track your calorie intake and keep yourself honest. It's worked for me so far...lost about 10 lbs in about 3 weeks.
  • You can do it!! Follow MFP to a T. Make this your new way of life. Here are a few rules of thumb that I have lived by for 2 months and so far have lost 15 lbs...

    drink 64 oz. (8 cups) of water a day minimum.

    exercise 4 days minimum - never skip more than 1 day of exercise. Before you know it that will be a habit.

    stick to the MFP calorie intake ever day, but allow yourself a day a week to go over your calories. My day is Saturdays.

    Don't deprive yourself of the food you like. Just have less of it.

    You can do it. Your goal is realistic. I started January 18th and have lost 10 lbs so far. I'm working on my next ten. Let's do it together.

    I started at the end of October. By Christmas, I was down 12#. You have plenty of time to loose 10 by June if you follow the MFP plan and exercise regularly. Best of luck to you! You can do it!
