Hey y'all!
My name is Sarah. This website was recommended to me by a friend. I've been on weight watchers for a long time. And I had a lot of success with it. But now, my life is so busy, that it's really hard for me to count points all day long. I would rather make a calorie plan, and be able to stick to it everyday. Does that make sence? lol

Welcome. I love this site! I login in my foods EVERY day and it definitely keeps me on track and allows me to eat a diversity of foods-anything I want as long as it fits in my nutrition goals0
