Fiber will do that. Had that problem for a bit when I was eating FiberOne bars for breakfast.0

I've always been gassy :glasses: , but then I love green veggies and whole grains. :bigsmile:0

You're probably eating more protein than you used to, which can cause gas. Make sure you're getting enough fiber and drinking lots of water to keep your digestion going properly and your body will get used to it before long.0

Yes, but I don't think it's more than usual, it just seems to have an easier time escaping! Better than before when I was in pain a lot! Hahahaha!!! Just thought I'd share!:explode: :explode:0

Yes! LOL...I find days that I drink my protein shake (which has added fiber) and also have a high fiber food day...look out!! :blushing:0

Same here. Been gassy since was a baby. Then was raised on fruit and veggies from my Gramp's garden. For me it depends on what and how many veggies I have. Gas X is a lifesaver haha.0 -
So interesting that you posted this because I was just thinking today how much LESS gassy I have been since I started eating better! Hopefully things will get better for you with time.0

I think it could possibly be because you normally have gas problems or because of FIBER.(:0

i have the same problem..my kids are ready to kill me because it seems to be happening without warning..gross and funny!0

Wow I can't eat Fiber One ANYTHING b/c it gives me the most painful - non escaping - no gas x or any other anti gas med will fix - kind of gas. But anyhoo - if you have recently made a change in your diet which includes more vegetables and/or other gas producing foods, you will probably experience more gas than usual - but as with many things your body can adjust to it to some degree and it should get better. It never goes away completely but should improve some.
Also - remember with an increase of fiber you should also increase water intake (if you haven't already) it will keep things moving better so if gas does occur it can at least get out faster.0 -
thanks guys for telling me not the only one. i saw someone already posted how gas x works for them... i was thinking of takin beano before eating... do you guys prefer and which on better?0

Beano never worked for me. Think I'm naturally too gassy for it haha. Gas X is amazing though. My boyfriend and I always have plenty of it in the house haha.0
